It has previously been used to run workshops, but it could also be a maker's studio, shared office space or even a showroom.

The space is approx 7m wide (although there is a slopping roof line which inhibits use of the side space for anything other than storage.

IT's approx 6m deep, but does contain a stairway in that space.

There's water run up to the space and we're in the process of fitting a sink for a kitchenette space.

The studio has it's own access door on Charles St, perfect for branding and advertising your business.  And there's space on the overhead street awning for signage too.

There's 24 hour access, so you are free to come and go as you please!  It would be your space!
